You will not be sold to, coached, fixed, diagnosed or given advice. Nobody here is an expert on your life. You are.
How it runs

A Guardian opens the room and sets the standard. Phones go away for the full two hours.

Five minutes to get you out of your head and into the room.

You break into a circle of five men. Each man gets five minutes to say whatever he needs to get off his chest. Nobody interrupts. Nobody advises. The other four listen, and they show you they are listening. For most men it is the longest they have talked uninterrupted in months.

Five minutes to think it over on your own, then an hour of discussion led by the Guardian. Every man speaks.
There is more that unites men than separates us.
You do not get told that here. You watch it happen.
Every topic is written to put a man in front of something he does not normally sit with. How he handles his money. What actually triggers him. Why he keeps starting and stopping the same thing he swore he would finish.
You learn about yourself in that hour. You also learn about the men around you, which is the part nobody expects. You hear ten versions of your own life told back to you in other men’s words, and the thing you were certain only you carried turns out to be in the room with you.

Most men freeze at the idea of five minutes. PIESSS answers it. Six areas of a man’s life, run through out loud. A man does not have to cover all six. He covers what is live.
How is the body, right now and lately.
How is the mind, and what is it being fed.
How you actually feel, not the story around it.
Your connection to something beyond yourself.
The one men never talk about, and the one they should.
Who you are around, and who you are avoiding.
Men who come every week start noticing which area they always skip. That is usually the one worth talking about.
The signals
No man interrupts another man’s five minutes. That does not mean the room sits there like a wall. We listen with our hands and our bodies instead of our mouths.

Hand raised
I have been there. A man hears a room of raised hands and knows he is not the only one carrying it.

Hand on heart
For a man who has just said something heavy.

Fist to the chest
Resonance and respect.

Fist in the air
When a man reports a win, the room gives it to him properly.

Body and eyes
Turn your chair. Face the man who is speaking. Make eye contact and hold it.
When a man finishes, the circle moves straight to the next man. No responses, no questions, no advice. The conversation goes into the break, and into the week, one man to another.
Every Man Cave, in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, runs the same topic that week, and a new one lands every week. So the only question is which night suits you, not which room is worth going to. Wherever a man sits, he is working on the same thing as every other man in this brotherhood that week.
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
What is said in the room stays in the room. Absolute, and permanent.
Away for the full two hours, from the moment the room opens.
Not from the men, not from the Guardian. Speak from experience, nothing more.
Never larger. It is what protects every man’s five minutes.
Not in the room, not in the break, not after.
We start on time and we finish on time.
One Man Cave will give you a good night and something to think about. Coming every week is a different thing entirely.
We have watched men walk in hunched and quiet who are now the ones holding the room. Men whose confidence changed, whose conversation changed, who started speaking like someone worth listening to. Men who found business partners, training partners, and the kind of friends you do not make at thirty-five in a city where everyone is leaving. That is the brotherhood, and it is built by turning up, not by signing up.
Your first one is free
Every man’s first Man Cave is on us. Walk in, sit down, decide for yourself. No membership, no commitment, no conversation about money until you want one.
You will not know what this is until you are in the room. Most men walk in for one reason and stay for a completely different one.
